Work and Play Trailers for Santaquin Households

Santaquin has a long history with fruit growing, and orchards still share the landscape with a growing number of new neighborhoods. That combination creates two very different sets of hauling needs. Growers and hobby orchard owners move bins, ladders, irrigation pipe and pruned branches. New homeowners move sod, rock, fencing and everything that goes into turning a bare lot into a yard.

For orchard and farm work, a flatbed trailer offers an open deck that is easy to load from the side with a forklift or by hand. A used flatbed can be a sensible option if the trailer will mostly stay on your own property or make short trips. For landscaping a new home, a utility trailer with a ramp gate handles mowers, wheelbarrows and bagged material, while a dump trailer is worth a look if you expect to move many yards of soil or gravel.

Santaquin is also close to the southern edge of Utah County, and many families here spend weekends in Juab County. US-6 heads southwest out of the Santaquin area toward the Tintic region, and Little Sahara Recreation Area is a common destination for dune riders. An enclosed cargo trailer keeps quads and gear secure on the drive and protects them from blowing sand once you arrive.

Valley Trailer Company is in Salem, a short drive north. We sell new and used trailers, offer rentals for one-time jobs, and can help you apply for financing through outside lenders. Call or text (435) 776-6528 to see what we have before you head over.
