Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Valley Trailer Company ("we") collects through valleytrailerco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms — such as your name, phone number, email, zip code, the trailer you're asking about, dates, and any message or trailer details. For trade-in and parts requests, photos you choose to attach.
• Where your visit came from — the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and advertising tags in the link (for example "utm_source"). We attach this to form submissions so we know which ads and listings work.
• Saved trailers, compare list and recently viewed trailers — stored only in your own browser ("local storage"). They are not sent to us.
• Spam protection — our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting the form.

How we use it

• To answer your request: quotes, reservations, rentals, delivery, trade-ins, parts and questions.
• To follow up about trailers you asked to hear about.
• To understand which advertising and pages bring customers to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are emailed to us and saved in a Google Sheet (Google Workspace / Google Apps Script). Photos are stored in Google Drive. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

When you click "Apply now" for financing, you go to the lender's own website (Bengal Finance or Sheffield Financial). Their privacy policies apply to anything you enter there.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as needed to help you and for our normal business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, call (435) 776-6528. Clearing your browser's site data removes your saved trailers and lists.

Children

This site is meant for adults shopping for trailers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
